Why it is called Ghazi Ellahi Baksh?
Ghazi Ellahi Baksh was one of the renowned politician of Muslim Conference.He was a true patriot and great lover of education.The land upon which Ghazi Ellahi Baksh Govt.Degree College for Women Mirpur AJK is situated, was his personal property. He had given it openheartedly to AJK Government to make a Women's Degree College upon it. His devotion for the education especially Women's education can never be forgotten.
